Brevini Still Plans to Begin Production in 2010

Brevini Wind USA says it remains on track to begin production at its Delaware County facility in the fourth quarter of this year. The company says it will need to fill 450 jobs as construction is completed. The founder of parent company Brevini Group, Renato Brevini, says he is confident the U.S. wind market "will be the biggest in the world."

May, 20th 2010, Yorktown/Indiana (USA). Brevini Wind is achieving its publicized goals for the United States wind market. The start of production will be in the 4th quarter of this year. As construction is completed, Brevini is seeking new employees: A total of 450 jobs must be filled.

450 New Jobs for Indiana

Brevini Wind at its new operation located in Yorktown, Indiana offers many different job opportunities. The company has announced it will hire 450 people during 2010, 2011, 2012 and beyond – managers and skilled workers as well as young professionals. “We offer outstanding development prospects on all levels and individual training in our Brevini companies in Germany and Italy”, says President Jacopo Tozzi. The search for key management positions is underway with the hiring of skilled workers and others to begin soon. “So this will be a gradual build up of employees that will last for the next three or four years,” Tozzi explains.

Renato Brevini, President and founder of Brevini Group, is convinced of the outstanding opportunities in the North American wind business: “We are preparing ourselves for a robust market around the corner.
